By registering for ITSEC: Cybersecurity Summit 2025, all participants are deemed
to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration
- Registration must be completed via the official form provided by the event
committee.
- The committee reserves the right to reject incomplete or invalid registrations.
2. Fees and Payment
- If the event requires payment, all fees must be paid in full before the
deadline.
- Participants must provide proof of payment as instructed.
- All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the committee.
3. Event Changes & Cancellations
- The committee reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, format
(online/offline), speakers, or venue with prior notice.
- If the event is canceled by the committee, further instructions regarding
potential refunds will be provided.
4. General Event Policies
- All participants must behave respectfully and follow the event's code of
conduct.
- The committee is not responsible for lost items or incidents beyond their
control.
- Photo and video documentation may take place during the event and may be used
for promotional purposes.
5. Data Protection
- Participant data will be used solely for event administration, communication,
and improvement purposes.
- All data will be handled responsibly and not shared with third parties without
explicit consent.
